Lamb Chops and Coleman's Mint Sauce

When the turkey season gets too much for you its time to think about an escape for your tastebuds.  I bought some lamb chops recently at our nearest Cash-n-Carry and they were thick and suculent.

Simply cooked under the grill until the fat on the side starts to crisp and serve with boiled new potatoes and a vegetable. It is definitely the right thing to pick the chop bones up with your fingers and knaw all the tender, moist meat from around the bone too.

Of course no lamb chop would be complete without mint sauce and I was sent some Coleman's Classic Mint Sauce and other sauces to complete a whole range of festive dishes (like Coleman's Bramley Apple Sauce, Horseraddish Sauce and the season's favourite Cranberry Sauce).

Many thanks to Unilever Kitchen for sending me a fantastic hamper of Christmas essentials.  They will all be making an appearance over the Christmas and New Year holidays!

All opinions are my own and I was not required to write a positive review.
